Have I been living under a rock, or is it totally normal for me to have never heard of this Fred character? He seems like a more annoying, less clever Pee-Wee Herman for the LOL generation.
PS: I saw this movie when it was called Bubble Boy. Fred, you are no Bubble Boy.
